We will only accept returns for items that have manufacturing errors or defects. It is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered the correct colour, size, item and quantity from our store. We will not replace or refund incorrect purchases. If you are not happy with your product, we will send an email to the manufacturer with your complaints, but we cannot offer any further service. Returns for faulty goods are to be sent by recorded delivery at your expense. Once we have checked the product we will decide whether a replacement is to be sent.
